SCBA Summer Conference

 Last year I was able to obtain information on certain areas of the Spring & Summer Conference.  I know it is a lot of stuff and there is probably more info out there hiding in my computer.  

Not attached is Stat information from the summer meeting.  I believe we had 342 total Registrations (Online registration 251 + 57 guest, 40 mail in registrations, and the rest were walkins).  We had about 100 sit in on the Thursday beekeeping course.  In which that is a consistent number from 2013 & 2012.  We had 25 people taking Master Beekeeping tests as well as the Journeyman practical on Friday.

I am working on monies spent at the 2014 Summer Conference.  Will have to report those figures later.

• I have the vendor list that has been used from year to year.  The spreadsheet i did not set up and it is not very well organized.  (attached)
• I created a Letterhead that can be used for official correspondence.  (attached)
• Last years letterhead with request for vendor participation.  (attached)
• I also have a list Dr. Hood shared, it gives Hood's List of Things to Before a Conference. (Attached)
• I have attached Dr. Tsuruda's Bio. (attached)
• I made a picture directory for the summer meeting and also have attached the Word Doc for the summer meeting.  The pic directory was never printed but was only used digitally. (attached)
• I volunteered to make room assignments at the Clemson Dorms.  (attached)
• I also made the signs for the breakout sessions (not attached).  
• I made the map for the BBQ at J Howard's (attached)
• The Clemson University Map (attached)
